How is cocoa butter made?
Cocoa butter is extracted from chocolate liquor using hydraulic pressure. It is then filtered and deodorized to obtain a flavourless, colourless butter.
Purified cacao butter. Solid below 25°C (77°F) with a nice honey colour.
